FROM STREETS
TO STARDOM

It all started with a beat-up food truck and a dream. Chef Mike "Thunder" Rodriguez grew up in East LA, learning the art of the taco from his abuela. In 2020, he brought that authentic street flavor to NYC.

What started as a humble truck on Wall Street has exploded into a city-wide phenomenon. We've been featured on Food Network, won Best Street Food NYC three years running, and served over 100,000 tacos (and counting).

But we're still that same hungry truck, still pressing tortillas by hand, still making every taco with the same explosive passion as day one.
