Founded by Chef Marco Rossi, Savory Italian brings the warmth of his grandmother's kitchen to the heart of Brooklyn. Every recipe has been passed down through three generations, refined but never forgotten.
Our wood-fired ovens, imported from Naples, burn at 900°F to create the perfect char on our handcrafted pizzas. Our pasta is made fresh daily, rolled by hand using techniques learned in the hills of Tuscany.
